The free spray park welcomes guests daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather-permitting. Cool off all summer long at Troy Hill Spray Park. Part of the Citiparks Spray Parks - which also include Mellon Park and Burgwin Spray Parks - the spray park welcomes kiddos and their families daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (Allegheny County spray parks will open daily starting on June 12, 2019.) Join the kiddos under the cool spray of the fountains at PPG Place, which transforms into an interactive water feature every weekday evening from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Or, play under the water Saturday and Sunday between 12 p.m. and 10 p.m. Make sure the kids have their street clothes and shoes on when playing in the fountains. So, technically, our final spot isn't a spray park. But, you'll definitely have fun staying cool at the Pittsburgh Water Steps on the North Shore. Dip your feet in the cool water.
