Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland Is The Largest Drive-Thru Light Show Near Pittsburgh

Start ticking the days off of the calendar! Before you know it, we’ll be completely wrapped up in the holiday season. And, while the lead up to the holidays can be really stressful – with preparing food, buying then wrapping gifts, and attending holiday parties – the season also promises some magical moments that only happen at this time of the year. Get into the holiday spirit when you visit this spectacular three-mile drive-thru light show near Pittsburgh this holiday season.

Pile the whole family into the car for the drive to Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland at the Big Butler Fairgrounds., just over 45 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh.

And, turn on your radio to listen to Christmas carols as you drive along the three miles of glittering displays.

The all-LED light show features such intricate displays as Santa and his buddies on vacation and traditional Christmas trees wrapped in lights.

However, the drive is just the beginning of your adventure at Shadrack's Christmas Wonderland.

Visit Santa's Village, where the kids can write a letter to Santa then give their letters right to him. Of course, Santa will be on hand for photographs.

And, the kids can climb aboard such rides as the Polar Bear Train and Tubs of Fun (separate fees apply).

Then, stock up on souvenirs to commemorate your visit. And, check out the snack bar that sells such delicious goodies as hot chocolate, kettle corn, and funnel cakes.

Admission costs $25 for cars and vans with a maximum of eight guests and $40 for limos, mini buses, and activity vans.

Drive through the magical display of lights, beginning November 16, 2018 and running through January 6, 2019. Visit from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday or 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. (or later) Saturday and Sunday.
