Mushroom Rally Is A Mario Kart Racing Course Is Coming To Pittsburgh

Do you love it when your adrenaline starts pumping? When you find yourself in the middle of a heart-stopping and unbelievably fun competition? Well, if you’ve got the heart of a racing warrior, you just might want to sign up for this one-of-a-kind go kart race at this racing course in Pittsburgh, slated for early fall 2019.

Put on your racing helmet *and* a costume of your favorite Mario character for the one-of-a-kind Mushroom Rally, set for September 28 to October 6, 2019.

But, if that isn't enough to get your heart to skip a beat, just keep your eye on the prize: A trip to Las Vegas for the national championship.

Here's how it works. The Mushroom Rally will be held at either an indoor or an outdoor go kart race course somewhere in Pittsburgh. Currently, the location remains a secret.

After you've bought your tickets, you'll arrive at the secret location on the day of your race. Once there, you'll choose your favorite costume - from a cast of Mario characters - and suit up.

Then, you'll wait for the race to begin. The Mushroom Rally is open to adults (13 and older) and junior racers (10-12 years old).

All racers, regardless of age, must be a minimum of 4.5 feet tall. And, each racer will participate in at least one race. (If you win a race, you'll move on to a second round.)

When you're not racing, you'll find plenty to do, including activities and games that will give you the opportunity to win prizes.

The grand prize is a trip for two to the national championship in Las Vegas. But, first, you have to buy tickets, which are "extremely limited." (Each racer may also bring one guest to watch the race(s).)
