But Pittsburgh sure knows how to celebrate the bewitching holiday all month long – with pumpkin and fall festivals, glowing trails, and plenty of family-friendly activities. Then how about embarking on an enchanting Halloween hike in Pittsburgh that’s just the beginning of a magical evening of fun, seasonal activities?
Start a new family tradition with a visit to the annual Bump in the Night, held at the Frick Environmental Center.
Of course, one of the highlights of the evening is an enchanting night hike through Frick Park. Follow a guide as you explore the trails with the leaves crunching beneath your shoes
Or, roast marshmallows over a cozy campfire. Other goodies, such as cookies, will also be served at this family-friendly event. (However, children must be three or older to attend.)
Reserve your spot at Bump in the Night, set for October 19, 20, 26, and 27, 2018. The evening's festivities run from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for kids ages 3-9.
