Frank's Star Lunch claims quite a storied history in Punxsutawney, originally known as Original Star Lunch and opening in 1922 with Frank Mamolito at the helm.

Choose from an assortment of complimentary toppings — pickles, relish, and BBQ sauce, for example — to create your perfect hot dog. Or, add bacon, ranch, sauerkraut, gravy, or fried egg.
The old school hot dog joint remained a staple in the community until 1964, when it closed. Mr. Mamolito passed down his famous hot dog sauce to his daughter, and his grandsons sold it at a local hot dog stand for years.

Bringing the kiddos along? The kid's menu features hot dogs (pictured below) and grilled cheese, paired with fries or cookies and a drink.
Several years ago, Frank and Chuck Hetrick reintroduced the 21st century Frank's Star Lunch, still serving that famous hot dog sauce that will soon turn 100 years old.
Not really in the mood for hot dogs? Frank's menu also features such classic options as burgers (available in single, double, or triple), pierogies, and mac and cheese.
