Deutschtown Music Festival Is A Massive Music Festival In Pittsburgh

Summers in Pittsburgh mean so much to do that it could make our heads spin. A little over week after the Fourth of July, the biggest and most diverse music festival in Pittsburgh will take to more than 35 stages. But, that’s just the beginning of the fun during the two-day festival that will also feature plenty of good food and family-friendly activities.

Put on your dancing shoes for the Deutschtown Music Festival, set for July 12-13, 2019. Even better? The epic annual festival is *free.*

Just follow the music to the Deutschtown neighborhood of Pittsburgh, where the streets will be filled with stages and a slew of food vendors.

All the fun will be held outdoors *and* indoors. In fact, check out the lineup of performances that will take place on the seven outdoor stages and on the 26 indoor stages.

During the day, head to one of three main outdoors stages at Allegheny Commons Park, the Sue Murray Pool, and Foreland Avenue.

And, you might just meet some familiar faces - like the Pirate Parrot - as you make your way to the beer garden.

More than 20,000 guests are expected to attend the epic festival, which means it's probably going to be pretty tough finding a parking space. Two free shuttles will also run.
