We don’t always have time for a faraway getaway and that’s okay. Pittsburgh is the perfect place for a leisurely staycation, especially if you’re a fan of the paranormal. Even if we don’t feel like doing all of the touristy things in town, we can find some downright cool and haunted places to stay in Pittsburgh that will keep us delightfully entertained.

(Did you know it’s also the oldest hotel in Pittsburgh? Yep, this Pittsburgh institution is known for quite a lot!)
  • When you’re not sipping a cold drink in the speakeasy, relax in your room, but don’t be surprised if you hear the very angry voices of two men. They’re said to be the apparitions of former guests who, many years ago, got into a vicious argument in one of the hotel’s hallways. One shot the other and the two still bicker to this day. However, there are a few happy fellows you might also hear.
