Finding fun things to do on the weekends can be a bit trickier than usual, due to the pandemic. However, plenty of creative events have been announced that will help us keep our sanity, remain safe, and have fun. A floating cinema, for example, is headed to PA in mid-September. A full weekend of events will also arrive with the Parking Lot Social in Pennsylvania.
Spend the last unofficial weekend of summer having a blast with the kiddos or with friends at the Parking Lot Social, set for September 2-6, 2020 in Pittsburgh.

The weekend promises something for the whole family, although the exact itinerary won’t be announced until tickets go on sale. However, the Parking Lot Social has given a hint as to what can be expected.
If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly activity, sign up for the two-hour Social Kids. The whole family will have a blast with family trivia, karaoke, and bingo.
Those of us who are missing the '90s can head on over to the Parking Lot Social for the two-hour Neon '90s Movie Night. The evening will be filled with popular '90s flicks and all of our favorite songs from the era.
All activities will make it easy for you to remain in your car. However, if you need to get out of your vehicle to use the restroom, for example, you’ll be asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
