Located in Adams County, East Berlin is a small town, with less than 2,000 residents.
9. Boswell
Boswell is a small borough in Somerset County. It originated as a coal town and now is home to many families with children.

5. Smicksburg
Wow. With only 46 people, it's a wonder that Smicksburg is even on the map. It's a big player in the map of safety however.
4. Hookstown
Hookstown is named after a revolutionary war soldier named Matthew Hook. I'm sorry to inform you that he was not a pirate.
3. Enon Valley
Located in Lawrence County, the population of Enon Valley is only about 300 people.
2. Mount Gretna
