For three days every October, the fort hosts Fort Ligonier Days. If you’re a history buff, plan a visit to this epic festival that features battle reenactments, crafts, entertainment, and a parade.
Only three miles from Ligonier, the Ligonier Valley Railroad Museum offers a fascinating glimpse into the area’s railroad history. The museum is typically open on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
