Do you believe in magic? Not the “pull a rabbit out of a hat” kind of magic, but that magic that makes you feel the childlike glee of waiting for Santa on Christmas morning or running down the stairs to see what the Easter Bunny brought? Relive that childhood magic, and share it with your own kiddos, at this unique animal park in Pennsylvania where you just might see a unicorn. (Yes, really!)
Pile the whole family into the car and set the GPS for the Land of Little Horses in Gettysburg, a miniature horse park that sprawls across more than 100 acres.
A popular animal performing theme park for nearly five decades, Land of Little Horses' residents have even appeared on national TV shows, such as America's Got Talent.
You'll meet plenty of miniature horses during your visit. However, the park is also home to a plethora of other animals, including pigs, peacocks, alpaca, and goats. (And that's just the beginning!)
In fact, the theme park offers a full menu of shows throughout the day. Groom and snap photos with a mini horse at the Grooming, Photos, Cuddles event at the Main Barn.
And, find out if you are smarter than a miniature horse at the Are You Smarter Than A Horse game show that will pit humans against horses with mathematical and other questions.
Embark on a magical day among the animals at Land of Little Horses, open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. through September 2, 2019. (Days change for the fall season.)
