Since its discovery in 1871, Crystal Cave has beckoned generations of Pennsylvanians with its unique stone sculptures and guided tours.

So, join a nearly hour-long guided tour that kicks off with a 13-minute film that will give you insight into the history of Crystal Cave.

Then, pull on a jacket or a sweater as the cave's year-round temperature sits at around 54 degrees Fahrenheit.

And, wear comfortable walking shoes. You'll journey 125 feet underground, so expect to climb stairs, although steel railings are in place for your safety.

Follow your tour guide as you learn about and view stalagmites, stalactites, and drip-stone formations.

Snap photos of such spellbinding sculptures as the Giant's Tooth, Prairie Dog, and the Cathedral Chamber.

Of course, save time to stop by the *free* museum after your tour. And, indulge in a delicious treat at the Ice Cream Parlor and Crystal Cave Cafe.
