Sometimes we just want to slow things down a bit. Enjoy the moment, rather than worrying about tomorrow or next week. And, one of the best ways to just stay in the moment is with a visit to an old-fashioned orchard. Stroll up and down the rows of fresh fruits, picking your favorites. Sit down to a delightful meal. Or stock up on fresh fruits, veggies, and other goodies at the farm market at this charming orchard in Pennsylvania.
Join generations of Pennsylvanians who have visited Brown's Orchards & Farm Market, which opened as a small roadside stand in 1948.
Today, that small roadside stand has transformed into an idyllic destination for a day trip - complete with a farm market, a cafe, and pick your own fruit.
So, start your visit with a trip to the fields to pick the fruit that is in season. Throughout the year, the orchards offer blueberries, black raspberries, apples, and more.
Brown's Orchards hosts events throughout the year, including pumpkin picking in the fall. Or, visit any time of the year. Brown's Orchards & Farm Market are open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
