Urban Warrior is one of several obstacle-style gyms in Oregon, and it's also one of the largest. It features more than 63 obstacles, all kinds of equipment that will help get you in shape, and plenty of programs to help you meet your fitness goals.
Ninja 101 sessions are held every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Experts will lead you through a custom course, and provide you with some tips so you can become a master ninja.
You'll want to keep an eye out for the competitions hosted at Urban Warrior throughout the year. Compete against your friends for up to $3,000 in cash prizes.
Visit Urban Warrior seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Prices start at $25 for single visits, but if you plan to attend often, you'll want to check out the memberships for the best deals.
