The Vizzini Sandwich is vegan cheddar, roasted tomatoes, pickled red onion, and bell pepper, topped with basil pesto and miso mustard on a ciabatta roll.

The Montoya Sandwich is white bean spread, vegan apple sage sausage, pickled carrots, fennel, daikon radish, Brussels sprouts, scallions, and jalapeños on a ciabatta roll.

And, the Noodles of Unusual Size are Udon noodles tossed in sesame oil and lime zest with pickled Brussels sprouts, fennel, red onion, scallion, jalapeño, bell pepper, daikon radish, and carrot with fresh scallion, black sesame seeds, and ponzu vinaigrette.
