One of the best ways to enjoy Oregon’s natural beauty is by camping. You can breathe in the fresh air and reconnect with nature at any one of the hundreds of campgrounds across the Beaver State, but for a unique overnight adventure, consider sleeping in a covered wagon at Twins Ranch.
Tent camping is fun, but covered wagon camping is even better! Pretend like you're a pioneer at Twins Ranch, where you can sleep overnight in one of 10 covered wagons.
Each wagon sleeps up to four people. The wagons are equipped with sleeping platforms and futon mattresses. They're weather tight, much like a tent, but a bit more adventurous. Pets are welcome!
You'll bring your own pillows and blankets or sleeping bags, and snuggle right in! This campground only offers tent and covered wagon camping. Noisy RVs with their loud generators and televisions won't keep you up at night here.
The campsites are walk-in, primitive sites. Each has a fire ring and picnic table. There's a restroom onsite, as well as a central location for water. Solar showers are available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. as well.
In addition to covered wagon sites, 30 tent sites are available. Twins Ranch is a great option for those who enjoy rugged camping, but would still like access to restrooms and water.
Connect with your loved ones around the campfire at night. Roast marshmallows, tell campfire stories, and enjoy the stars above. Memories made during a camping trip can last a lifetime.
Twins Ranch is located on the Oregon coast in Tillamook. From the campground, you can access nature trails that take you to Tillamook Bay and the beach. Covered Wagons cost just $45 per night.
