- Beckie's Cafe, Prospect, OR: It isn't often that you find such a lovely small-tone gem that also happens to be on the National Register of Historic Places. Beckie's Cafe has been delighting visitors to this beautiful area of Oregon since 1926. The setting is idyllic surrounded by a charming woodsy environment, the micro-brews are cold and fresh, and the welcoming vibe is always friendly and warm. You don't get to be a local icon without great food, too. If you are spending a day at the Crater Lake National Park, be sure you hunt down Beckie's Cafe for a wonderful meal.
