Oregon Has Safer Roads Than Almost Any Other State In The Country
Congratulations, Oregon! We’ve been ranked as the sixth best state for driving in the nation. According to a new study from Wallet Hub, the Beaver State has some of the safest and well-maintained roads in the country.

Top indicators included traffic and infrastructure, safety, and access to vehicles and maintenance.

Other states that ranked highly included Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and North Carolina. Hawaii was ranked worst overall, with Washington coming in 49th place.

We also won the honor of having the highest average gas prices in the nation.

Apparently rush-hour traffic was not as bad here as in some other states.

All in all, this survey found Oregon roads to be some of the best in the entire country.
