Halloween is right around the corner, and it’s time to start searching for the perfect Halloween pumpkins for your porch. For many families in the Hillsboro area, a visit to Roloff Farms is an annual tradition. Not only is this place a neighborhood favorite, it’s famous, too. The Roloff family and their farm is featured in the television series, Little People, Big World on TLC.

You'll find Roloff Farms in the little town of Helvetia, near Hillsboro.

The farm started out as a small, 34-acre fixer-upper, but over the years, it's grown to include more than 100 acres of buildings, play equipment, farm animals, and a pumpkin patch.
Throughout most of the year, the farm is closed to the public, but in October the family hosts a big fall celebration. Last year's Pumpkin Season Experience was a blast!

Due to Covid-19, this year's festivities will be a bit different, but we're excited to see what the Roloff family has in store for its guests.
To keep everyone safe and healthy, this year's celebration won't include wagon rides and Adventure Zone. Instead, guests will embark on a quarter-mile Scenic Trail Walk.

Roloff Farms is open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from October 2nd through the 30th. Visit from 10 a.m. to dusk.

Make sure to get your tickets online in advance! Arrival times are staggered, and admissions are limited in order to be able to offer a safe, socially-distancing experience. Masks are required during your visit.
