If you love seafood, Oregon is the place to be! We have tons of restaurants all over the state that offer fresh salmon, crab, mussels, clams, and all kinds of fish. There’s one place here that offers something a little bit different: Louisiana-style crab boil. You’ve got to check out Rockin’ Crab and Boiling Pot:
For a unique mix of Louisiana-style crab boil and Asian hot pot, visit The Rockin' Crab and Boiling Pot in Portland.
They'll bring some huge sheets of butcher paper to cover your table, and some plastic bibs for you to wear. Bibs? Yes. Bibs. Trust us...you're going to want to wear yours. But first...order your customized crab boil.
Your seafood boil is prepared in a bag and brought to your table. Fold back the plastic to dig in, or dump it right out onto the butcher paper. You'll eat this delicious seafood with your hands.
This place also has a delicious array of Asian food to try. Order a hot pot, which comes with a little pot, burner, and selection of meats and vegetables that you cook right at your table.
Other options include pot stickers, noodle bowls, fried shrimp and other meats, wontons, and more.
Visit The Rockin' Crab and Boiling Pot seven days a week. It's open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., open til 9:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
Check out The Rockin’ Crab and Boiling Pot’s website to see the full menu, then follow the restaurant’s Facebook page to stay up-to-date on the latest happenings there.
