Chef Jose Luis de Cassio came from one of the hottest restaurants in Lima, Peru to work at Portland's Andina before opening his own place in late 2015.
At Paiche, De Cassio brings all the best flavors of Peru to his wonderful menu.
Serving just breakfast and lunch, the restaurant shines with small plates and it amazing ceviche.
