RingSide Steakhouse has been a Portland institution since 1944. Global chef icon James Beard once described their onion rings as "the best I've ever had." Everything is locally sourced and cooked to perfection.
The warmly lit and elegant yet comfortable dining room is the perfect place for an anniversary or to simply splurge and treat yourself to one of the best meals you'll ever have.
The legendary steaks come as USDA Choice, USDA Prime, USDA Prime Dry Aged, and there are dreamy wagyu options as well. Enjoy some Madeira glazed mushrooms with butter and chives on the side.
While the focus is on steaks, the seafood is also top notch. This pan-seared, wild Oregon King Salmon comes with tamarind glaze, corn humita, wilted spinach, sungold gazpacho, fennel, orange, and tangerine Agrumato. Divine!
You'll have to save room for this cheesecake with Meyer lemon curd, biscotti crumbs, blueberry compote, and apricot ice cream. Alternately, delicacies like a salted pecan dark chocolate toffee and a marionberry crisp are available.
RingSide Steakhouse requires reservations and has a Private Dining section available for your most special events.
