Ceviche is a tasty seafood cocktail that's made with fresh fish or shrimp that's marinated with lime juice. Nuestra Cocina's seafood ceviche includes shrimp, chile serrano, tomatoes, olives, garlic, and olive oil.
...and the ceviche verde has plenty of fresh tomatillos and chunks of sweet mango. The ceviche here is authentic, delicious, and perfect for an appetizer. It's served with fresh tortilla chips.
Once you've finished your ceviche, dig into an authentic entree, like the Barbacoa de Cordero con Salsa Verde, which includes braised lamb, chiles, roasted carrots, squash, and salsa verde.
