Shopping local is always better than spending your money at a big box store, and Oregon has so many small businesses that’s its never hard to find quality gifts, food items, clothing and more made right here. The Made in Oregon store specializes in items produced by Oregonians, and while it’s certainly a favorite of visitors, locals can also find plenty to love.
The first Made In Oregon store opened its doors in 1975, and it's been a great go-to for locally-made gifts ever since. The company currently has nine locations across the state.
You'll find four shops in Portland, two at Portland International Airport, and stores in Salem, Eugene, and Newport.
These shops are popular with visitors looking for a souvenir, but they're also a great resource for Oregonians looking for gifts made right here in the Beaver State.
The Made In Oregon stores are open seven days a week. Hours vary by location.
Visit the Made In Oregon website to see addresses for all locations, and shop online. You’ll also want to check out the Made in Oregon Facebook page to see featured products and specials.
