If you’re a carnivore with a big appetite, then you probably already know about Jasper’s Cafe and its incredible burgers. If you’ve never tried this place, you definitely need to check it out. And if you’re already a big fan, then you’ll want to keep reading anyway, just to see the glorious burger photos that will have you hopping in your car to visit for lunch today.
Jasper's Cafe is a well-loved spot in Medford that's been serving up delicious food since 1976.
Address: 2739 North Pacific Highway, Medford, OR, 97501
The cafe got its start selling hot dogs, but today it's famous for its huge menu of unique burgers. The dining room is cozy, the service is friendly, and the food is amazing. One visit, and you'll be hooked.
If you're looking for a run-of-the-mill burger made with a frozen beef patty, you've come to the wrong place. These burgers are all hand-pressed fresh, every day. Not only are they creative creations, they're real food made with fresh ingredients.
...or sink your teeth into the Chuck Wagon, which includes maple-glazed bacon, an egg, country gravy, and a hash brown patty. Does this count as breakfast? We think so!
The burgers aren't ordinary, so it stands to reason that the sides aren't, either. You won't find limp fries, here. Instead, choose from tater tots, sweet potato fries, beer battered, thick cut onion rings...
Visit Jasper's Cafe seven days a week. It's open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 8 p.m., and Sunday til 6 p.m.
Visit the Jasper’s Cafe website to see the full menu and description of all the burgers, and make sure to follow its Facebook page to see what’s new there.
