2. The Chateau at the Oregon Caves (Cave Junction)
Ghost stories have haunted the Chateau for quite some time now. This rustic lodge dates back to the 1930s and is said to be haunted by a resident ghost: Elizabeth. Also known as the Lady in Blue, she is said to be the spirit of a young bride who, while on her honeymoon, found her fiancé in bed with the maid. After seeing this tragic sight, she jumped from their window on an upper floor to her death. Ghost hunters have reported experiencing intense paranormal activity at the Chateau, including mysterious sounds in the room where Elizabeth stayed and EVPs from a number of different spirits.
