Craving fresh, handmade pasta? Try Pastificio d’Oro in North Portland. You’ll find fantastic Italian fare in an inviting, casual space for dining in or out. Pastificio means “small batch fresh pasta producer” in Italian and that moniker is a perfect fit for this little pasta brainchild of co-owners Chase Dopson and Maggie Irwin.
“Pastificio d’Oro was started in 2020 as a passion project for the craft of handmade pasta and in 2021 we started our pop-up dinner service,” say Dopson and Irwin. Soon after, the Pastificio d’Oro eatery on North Lombard Street was born.
