Oregon is a foodie’s paradise, with everything from humble taco trucks to fancy five-star celebrity restaurants, but there’s one quirky restaurant that we fall in love with all over again every time we visit. Have you visited Flight Deck Restaurant?
Welcome to Flight Deck Restaurant & Lounge! This restaurant is located right on the runway at the Salem Airport, and you're going to fall in love with this quirky place that offers delicious food, great service, and a view unlike any other.
You'll find the restaurant at 2680 Aerial Way SE, Salem, OR 97302.
This aviation-themed restaurant is filled with vintage photos of planes and flight crews, and has more than a dozen model planes hanging from the ceiling above.
You won't find this view at any other restaurant in the state! You'll see the planes on the tarmac right from your table. If you someone in your family is obsessed with aviation, this is the place to be.
While the location and view are one-of-a-kind, the food is every bit as amazing. You'll enjoy meals prepared by a talented team that includes Barry Bowers, a chef who won the 2013 Pro Chef of the Year award.
Favorites on the regular dinner menu include the juicy rib eye, sirloin, or tenderloin, and the Friday night prime rib draws folks in for an end-of-the-week treat.
Flight Deck Restaurant & Lounge is open seven days a week. Stop by for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and for breakfast, lunch or dinner Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m..
