Portland is known for its quirky shops, restaurants, and people, and you’ll certainly find plenty of all three in the city. If you’re looking for a tasty breakfast at a place with a long history and a quirky sense of humor, you’ll want to head to Multnomah Village.
If you're looking for one of the best breakfasts in town, try Fat City Cafe. Located in Multnomah Village, this place has been around for decades, and it's still going strong. You'll find it at 7820 SW Capitol Hwy., Portland, OR 97219.
...and it's even more crazy during the holidays. The owner dresses this place up with even more seasonal decor on holidays like Halloween and Christmas. Talk about festive!
If you're more in the mood for a savory breakfast, the bennies here are particularly tasty. Choose from the regular Benny with Canadian bacon and Hollandaise, or try the Country Benny, Irish Benny, or Florentine Benny. They're all absolutely delicious.
While breakfast is the star of the show at Fat City Cafe, the lunch items here are pretty tasty, too. You'll find plenty of sandwiches and burgers on the menu, and you can't go wrong with any of them.
