One of the best that offers all this and more is located in Salem. Minto-Brown Island Park is a popular dog-friendly park in our state’s capital with mostly paved trails for biking, hiking, birding, and more.

Minto-Brown Island Park is a 1,205-acre natural area in the Willamette River floodplain.
