Do you ever wish that you could travel back in time to the 1950s? It seems like things were much slower paced and simpler back then, without cell phones, computers, and the constant pressure of modern life. Well, you can’t actually time travel, but you can visit this adorable little diner in Tillamook that will take you right back to the 50s.
Dutch Mill Diner is located in the heart of historic Tillamook and it's been around for a long time. The current version of this classic diner celebrates everything 1950s, and you're going to fall in love the moment you walk in the door.
With new ownership a few years ago, this little diner got a whole facelift, with red-and-white vinyl booths, checkerboard floors, and plenty of 50s nostalgia.
There are 10 burgers on the menu, so you're sure to find one that suits your taste. The Rat Rod is all tricked out with bacon, ham, American cheese, and a fried egg.
For dinner, try a classic diner favorite and go right back to childhood when Mom would serve a tasty open-faced hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy.
