If you’re looking for an unforgettable trail to hike in Oregon, then you’ll love the Crooked River Trail in Smith Rock State Park. This hike is an out-and-back hike that’s 4.5 miles in length, but because it follows the Crooked River, you won’t experience a whole lot of elevation gain and the trail is rated easy. That's not true! There are a number of hiking trails in this park that are easy. Everyone can enjoy this park. One of the easiest trails in this park is the Crooked River Trail.

The Crooked River Trail travels right along the Crooked River so you won't have to worry about too much elevation gain. In its entire length, there is only 321 feet of elevation gain in total.
