Cannon Beach isn’t just one of the most beautiful places on the Oregon Coast (and Oregon!), it’s also an idyllic seaside town that’s home to some of the most charming little shops and local businesses. This stretch of shops in downtown Cannon Beach is downright delightful, and perusing these establishments is, in our option, the perfect way to spend an afternoon.

Cannon Beach is arguably the most well-known spot on the Oregon Coast, known for its stunning shores and iconic rock formations.

But did you know that the town of Cannon Beach is one of the most charming places to visit in the state?

It's true! Downtown Cannon Beach is straight out of a Hallmark movie, with weather-worn buildings housing some of the most amazing little restaurants and retailers.

Wandering through Cannon Beach is a fun experience, as there are so many different places to peruse. If you're crafty, Coastal Yarns is a must-visit.

For those with a sweet tooth, Bruce's Candy Kitchen is a perennial favorite, with its pink-and-white striped shop welcoming folks since 1963.

The Oregon Coast is incredibly dog friendly, and Fetch Cannon Beach is *the* place to shop for your pooch.

It's not just retailers that make up the downtown district of this seaside town. Cannon Beach Yoga Arts is a marvelous place to get centered and find your focus. (And yoga on the beach? Sublime.)

One of our favorite spots in Cannon Beach isn't a shop at all... it's the library! This town library is as quaint as they come, and the perfect place to rest your feet and cozy up with a good book!

Of course, it's not just shops in Cannon Beach... the restaurants here are some of the best on the Oregon Coast. Cannon Beach Hardware and Public House is a quirky little spot that's got a bit of everything: hardware, wines, and pub fare!

For classic pub fare, Bill's Tavern and Brewhouse is a fan favorite, serving up hand-crafted ales and delicious eats perfect after a day of shopping or beach-combing.

And for a jolt of java, look no further than Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters. While we're generally into *hot* coffee, the cold brews here are amazing!

When talking about the Cannon Beach restaurant scene, we'd be remiss not to mention Pelican Brewing, a seaside eatery boasting the best views of Oregon's most iconic beach. If you're in the mood for a proper sit-down meal, there's no better place in town.

With a variety of local restaurants, charming shops, and unique attractions, you could easily spend all day exploring the town of Cannon Beach, Oregon. And we can't think of a better way to spend a day!
