They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Why? No idea…but we definitely think that it can be the tastiest meal of the day, especially when we can sink our teeth into a delicious, homemade biscuit sandwich. Buttercloud Bakery makes absolutely scrumptious sandwiches, and they make any day start out better.
Start your day off on the right foot by visiting Buttercloud Bakery. It's located in Medford, and it's been serving up the best biscuit sandwiches since 2011.
This is a photo of Buttercloud Bakery's old location. Their brand new location, at 315 South Front Street in Medford is opening on Saturday, November 8th, 2019.
The bakery says that it "specializes in all things tasty," and we totally endorse that slogan, but it also specializes in some of the friendliest service you'll ever come across.
The folks here make you feel right at home while they're making you the best darn biscuit in the Beaver State.

We have no idea how to tell you what biscuit to order here because they're all amazing...so we'll just show you a few of our favorites. The preschooler in us can't help but love the Green Eggs & Ham.
That place with the yellow arches doesn't give you house seasoned pork sausage, roasted garlic aioli, smoked gouda, tomato, arugla, and a perfectly-fried egg. Why in the world would you ever order a nasty, microwaved sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit that comes wrapped in paper?
Let's talk about the Zuke and Bell. We can't get enough of the roasted red pepper and zucchini, goat cheese, spinach, and house made romesco sauce.
Maybe you're in the mood for something sweet instead of savory. Buttercloud's got you covered with its peanut butter, banana, and honey biscuit. You're gonna eat this one with a fork.
They coat the biscuit with French toast batter and fry it up. Then they slather it with housemade strawberry sauce, top that with goat cheese, and throw some scrambled eggs and bacon on the plate. Ç'est Magnifique!
You know that this place is gonna take a couple of their incredible biscuits and pour a whole heap of country gravy over the top, right? Well, they do, and it's to die for.
The gravy is housemade, with plenty of black pepper and bits of bacon. Your taste buds will thank you; your arteries might not. Eh, just go to the gym later or something.

If you're like us, you're going to want some coffee with your biscuit sandwich, and Buttercloud will bring you your very own French press full of Evans Valley Roasting Coffee.
Stop in and say hello at the new location on or after Saturday, November 8th, 2019!
