There’s nothing we love more than a juicy burger, and the Beaver State certainly has plenty of great burger joints to choose from. We love ’em classic, but we also like to keep it interesting with an occasional gourmet burger, and Bo & Vine is our go-to spot for unique burgers made with quality ingredients.
Bo & Vine Burger Bar opened its first location in Salem in 2017, and it's been a burger-loving foodie paradise ever since.
The latest word is that they're opening in February, 2019, so keep an eye out!

So let's take a look at these lovely burgers. The Bo & Vine Burger is the classic burger here, but don't go thinking it's basic. It's graced with Tillamook cheddar, onion, tomato, pickle, and Bo & Vine sauce, and it's heaven on a bun.
Other favorite gourmet burgers include the Pittmaster with smoked ham and bacon, Adam's Rib BBQ sauce, Hefewizen-battered fried onion strings, Tillamook cheddar, and housemade sriracha mayonnaise...
