When your sweet tooth is aching, a big slice of homemade pie is just what you need. You’ll find adorable pie shops and old-school cafes serving delicious pie all over the Beaver State, but there’s one place here that claims to have the best handmade pies in Oregon. Check out BiPartisan Cafe:
BiPartisan Cafe got its start in the early 2000s, and it's become a neighborhood staple. The owners, Pete and Hobie, had a vision of a place where people in the community could come together, even if they didn't agree on everything.
Today, this little cafe is bustling. Its walls are covered with all kinds of political memorabilia - a museum that spans the entire history of the country. It's displayed chronologically, starting with some of the most powerful Native American chiefs, then representing every U.S. President.
You'll find plenty of spots to snuggle in, whether at a table, in a comfy chair, or side-by-side with your friends on the couch. Order a creamy latte and a slice of pie.
See the full menu online at the BiPartisan Cafe website, and make sure to follow the cafe’s Facebook page to see what tasty pies are coming out of the oven today.
