We'll start with one of the very best in the state! Podnah's Pit cranks out 30 TONS of Texas-style BBQ per year. This Portland spot is legendary, and it won the title of Best BBQ in Oregon from the Food Network. It's also won countless other awards. You'll love it. The lamb ribs are incredible.
There are quite a few BBQ joints in Portland on this list, but they're all deserving! Reverend's BBQ serves up amazing St. Louis-style smoked pork ribs, beef brisket, and Carolina pork shoulder and has been going strong since 2014.
Matt's BBQ, also in Portland, offers Texas-style BBQ like Podnah's Pit, but it does it all from a fixed-location food truck. Everything is cooked fresh daily and the truck stays open until all of it is gone!
Buster's Texas Style BBQ has several locations in northwest Oregon. You'll love the Texas-style BBQ served here; the family who owns and operates this chain of restaurants has been perfecting their recipe since 1982!
Back to Portland for The People's Pig! This hip spot is known for great BBQ sandwiches and a great atmosphere. Plan to stay a while and enjoy some beer and cocktails!

Juniper Cookhouse in Burns is the easternmost entry on this list, but it's absolutely worth the drive from anywhere.
