The Best Neighborhood Brunch Spot In Oregon That You've Never Heard Of
Brunch is synonymous with staycations and lazy Sundays. But if you’re like me, you enjoy a leisurely late morning to early afternoon meal any day of the week! Lucky for us, Oregon is chock full of fabulous brunch spots where you can get your fill of pancakes, waffles, toast, eggs, potatoes, sausages, bacon, and the like. But, it can be hard to pick just where to go. However, it gets easier to choose when you winnow your list down to Oregon’s hidden gems. That’s my strategy because what I don’t like about brunch is waiting in a super long line for a table.
That’s why Harney Street Cafe in Sellwood tops my list. It’s a friendly, neighborhood brunch spot serving delicious breakfast and lunch dishes. But in addition to the top-notch eats and stellar service, it’s not super well-known. In fact, most Portlanders have never heard of it. So, while it tends to be relatively busy, you’re likely to be able to snag a seat without much (or any) waiting around.
So, want to enjoy a delicious brunch without waiting in line? Head to Harney Street Cafe, where you’ll enjoy great food in a timely fashion. Check out their menu and other restaurant information on the Harney Street Cafe website.
