When you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, head to Broken Bow to Riverman Trail Rides for a peaceful horseback ride through the Ouachita Mountains. Riverman Trail Rides is located 9 miles west of Broken Bow on Highway 3. They have been in business since 2008 and have quite a reputation for some of the best horseback rides in the state.

Once you arrive on the ranch head to the Main Office building for check-in. They ask that everyone arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled trail ride. Reservations must be made ahead of time, so plan accordingly.

You can choose from a one or two-hour ride, both of which are guided tours. Kids must be at least 7 years old to ride alone. But don't worry if they are age 6 or under they can ride with an adult.
