Pie Junkie in Oklahoma City is a dessert lover's dream. The shop is completely dedicated to all things pie and the options are seemingly endless. The shop offers both whole pies and slices. You can place an order for a whole pie 48 hours or more in advance, so plan ahead before the road trip if you want to take one on the road.
Merritt's Bakery is an iconic bakery in Tulsa that is the go-to spot for cakes, pies, cookies, and more. ON any given day you can order from about 10 different pie flavors based on the season.
