The Tulsa Farmer’s Market is known as one of Oklahoma’s premier Farmer’s Market and features over 75 vendors. Right now is prime season to visit and they are open every Saturday morning through October. This market is one of the best places in the state to buy local, fresh food and products and along the way, you’ll also be supporting small businesses. Keep scrolling to learn more.
The Tulsa Farmer's Market is open from April - October 23 on Saturday mornings from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Kendall Whittier District in Tulsa. And, starting on May 5 they will also be open on Wednesdays from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The market is all outdoors with most vendors under a tent for shade covering. The market is a place where local businesses can come together and sell their food, merchandise, or homemade goods in one convenient place.
One of my favorite things to purchase when I visit is fresh flowers. There's nothing like the smell of local flowers bursting with color on the coffee table back home.
Another great item you'll also find is Oklahoma-made soap that is free of harsh chemicals. It's a great product to pick up if you are suffering from skin issues or just want to go more natural.
