In Owasso, 30.0% of residents have a bachelor's degree or higher. This Tulsa suburb has a population of 31,738.
11. Tulsa
The state's 2nd largest city is home to Tulsa University and Oral Roberts University. 30.1% of residents have a bachelor's degree or higher.
10. Bartlesville
With 30.4% of Bartlesville residents having a bachelor's degree or higher, Bartlesville is a pretty smart place to live.

4. Norman
Norman is home to the University of Oklahoma, so it's no surprise it's one of the most educated cities in the state, with 42.9% of residents having a bachelor's degree or higher.
3. Jenks
46.8% of Jenks residents have a bachelor's degree or higher. Jenks is a suburb of Tulsa.
2. Edmond
The second most educated city in Oklahoma is Edmond, with 51.9% of residents having a bachelor's degree or higher. The University of Central Oklahoma resides in Edmond.
1. Stillwater
Stillwater, home to Oklahoma State University, comes in at number one as the smartest city in the state. Although its percentage of population holding a bachelor's degree or higher is 48.5% (less than Edmond), Stillwater was named to VentureBeat's Top 100 smartest cities in the country. Stillwater ranked #25 on the list which was measured by performance across five cognitive areas: memory, processing speed, flexibility, attention, and problem solving.
