If you enjoy unique roadside attractions, head to the small town of Quapaw where you can stand in three states at once. It’s true…there is a marker on the ground that is located in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Keep scrolling for all the details.
The town of Quapaw might only have less than 1,000 residents but it’s home to one of the coolest roadside attractions in the state - the Tri-State plaque where you can stand in three states at one time. Quapaw is located in far northeastern Oklahoma, where Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri all meet.
From there, you will travel down a gravel road...yes you have to get your car a little dirty to visit this attraction. But don’t worry it’s not too long of a drive.
The area is also home to wild buffalo and other wildlife. Be sure to bring your camera along and capture all the beauty and of course, the spot where you’ll be standing in three states at once.
