Har-Ber Village on Grand Lake is a quaint village that will take you back to the mid-1800s and everyone should visit at least once to enjoy this charming place. This pioneer-era village features nearly 100 exhibits and is home to 6 acres filled with nature trails, scenic views, and reproductions that will take you back in time.
Take a look:
Har-Ber Village on Grand Lake is located in Grove and is a great place to take the family for an educational and fun experience. Check out this map to see all the great things to do at this village.
The grounds are so peaceful and beautiful. The village is located on six acres in one of the most stunning places in the state and we recommend everyone visit at least once.
They are open seasonally from the third week in March until the first Saturday in November. Guests can visit five days a week (closed Tuesday and Wednesday) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
You'll also find The Cafe on site that serves breakfast, soups, and tasty desserts. And there's an adorable Country Store selling hand-crafted jewelry, books, toys, and much more.
Another great feature about the village is the nearly 2 mile nature trail that is open from dawn to dusk. The trail is a mixture of paved and gravel, so a portion of it is great for wheelchairs and strollers.
