No summer is complete without a float trip down the beautiful Illinois River in northeastern Oklahoma. Many outfitters offer half-day trips but there are a few that offer a full-day trip, including Eagle Bluff Resort on the banks of the river. After checking in at the resort they will load up the rafts and kayaks and bus you to the drop-off spot. Shuttle buses run every 15 minutes, so it's very quick service.
