Established in 2018, J Farley’s Pub was founded in the town of Claremore in honor of Captain Jason Farley who lost his life during a water rescue in 2015. The restaurant not only honors Jason but also all of those who have fallen in the line of duty, including Jim McElwain and Guy Cooper who lost their lives in a local business fire in 1985. But that is not all they are known for. They serve some amazing food and after just one visit, we think you’ll be a fan for life.
Doesn’t this look like a fun dining establishment to visit after we are finished with social distancing? For more information, be sure to visit their Facebook page or website.
If you’re traveling along Route 66, keep an eye out for Front Porch Bakery tucked away off to the side of the road in Claremore. It’s located on a small dirt road, with not much around, but it’s one of the best bakeries on earth.
