Do you like to discover Oklahoma’s hidden gems? Or, perhaps you’re a foodie and you’re always on the lookout for little restaurants tucked away in the corners of Oklahoma? Either way, we found the cutest, most humble restaurant that many Oklahomans have been quietly obsessed with for many years. Keep reading below to get all the details of this little restaurant in Burlington.
Never heard of Burlington, Oklahoma? Don't feel too bad, most people haven't! It's way up in northern Oklahoma on the western side of the state in Alfalfa County. With just over 150 residents, it's no wonder this place doesn't get a lot of notice.
But things are starting to change for Burlington due to The Vintage House — a fine dining steak and seafood restaurant located in an old Victorian house at 402 South Main St.
The interior is so cozy and charming... you'll feel like you're at home. They opened their doors in 2005, and in that time, have gained quite the reputation.
Everything is homemade and so fresh. And just wait until you sink your teeth into their tender, mouthwatering steaks. You'll quickly see what all the rave is about.
Their desserts are legendary and include homemade bread pudding with rum sauce, peanut butter chocolate chiffon, fresh strawberry pie, rum pecan pie with hot rum sauce and topped with whipped cream. Plus, key lime pie and fresh coconut pie!
