Hatch Early Mood Food is my new favorite breakfast spot to share with you. Not only will the industrial chic vibe win you over but the breakfast fare is on a whole other level. Their innovative menu offers something for everyone and just wait until you see the 100 oz. Mimosa Towers.
Hatch offers two locations, both in the Oklahoma City area. The first location opened in Automobile Alley and the second one soon followed in Chisholm Creek.
Hatch's Blueberry Streusel Cakes are a must-try. They start with a sweet cream batter, blueberry compote crumbled streusel, then layered with a crème cheese anglaise. Let me just tell you these are the bomb.
The Burro St. Nick is filled with 3 eggs, beer-braised pork, hash brown tumblers, sautéed peppers and onions wrapped in a warm flour tortilla then topped with Christmas sauce and cotija cheese.
Two more locations are scheduled to open soon - one in Jenks and another in Tulsa. They open daily at 6 a.m. and close at 2 p.m. during the week and at 4 p.m. on the weekends.
