Did you know you can have an authentic grape stomping experience right here in Oklahoma? It’s true! You don’t have to go all the way to Napa Valley to enjoy a good grape stomping festival. Head to Slaughterville on September 30, 2018, and experience a fun day at The Canadian River Wine Festival. All ages are invited, so get those feet ready to stomp away at this family-friendly event.
The Canadian River Wine Festival takes places on September 30, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Canadian River Winery located at 7050 Slaughterville Road
in Lexington.
Guests of all ages are invited to come out for a day filled with fun. Everyone can experience the grape stomp, but only guests age 21 and older can sample the wine.
This annual festival is an experience you don't want to miss. There's nothing like squishing grapes in between your toes and having purple feet all day!
The winery also has a wine tasting room open during normal business hours, so if you can't make it to the grape stomping festival, stop in and sample their Oklahoma wines.
As you're stomping away, there will be live music to set the mood for this fun adventure. You won't want to miss it, so mark your calendars for September 30!
