Oklahoma is home to an abundance of creepy, abandoned places – many of which are also haunted and filled with tales of ghosts and paranormal activity. One such place that sits withering away is Cottonwood Manor in Yukon, Oklahoma. It’s one of Oklahoma’s haunted locations and (sorry) but off-limits to visitors. However, if you’re ready to see where very few have gone, I’ll take you on a virtual tour inside of this forbidden hospital that’s been left to decay.
Cottonwood Manor was built in the 1950s but oddly its original identity still remains a mystery.
When the facility was in operation the health officials were called in to check on the patients. When they noticed none of the patients had been tested for tuberculosis, every patient was transferred out. Cottonwood Manor never recovered and closed its doors for good.
